Scientists Say Eating Cheese Every Day Could Be Good for Your Health

Are you ready for the best news ever?

A new study from scientists in both China and the Netherlands have concluded that:

people who eat cheese daily were less likely to develop heart diseases or have a stroke. Compared to people who don’t eat cheese every day, these people are a bit healthier.

Now, we’ve been hearing different studies on whether cheese is good for you or not about every few months.  Some say it’s horrible, some say its great.  A newer study recently said it had immune boosting and anti-inflammatory powers — which is a check in the ‘good’ column.

This study, published in the European Journal of Nutrition, is just a new addition to why eating cheese is not only good but actually healthy for you.

Of course, this doesn’t mean you can just have a whole block of cheese in one sitting.  The study stresses that people who eat a small amount of cheese daily are healthy.  Not people who eat a ton of cheese every single day.

These researchers state that about 40 grams of cheese a day is okay, max.  While that doesn’t mean you can’t overeat, it’s highly unrecommended.

Either way, this is great news for cheese lovers like myself!  Time to rejoice, no?
